About the Role
Business Planning: Create a comprehensive project plan to launch new cities within the target launch time frame and budget
Enter the new market and set up operations, business development, and strategic partnerships (including spearheading regional brand acquisitions)
Collaborate & Lead: As part of the expansion team, you will be in a special department within the company
working independently in a new country, while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, People Operations, and Finance teams to drive market entry and strategic initiatives Strategize & Plan
Identify and validate business opportunities, build and execute launch/landing plans, measure and adjust product/market fit
Gain knowledge of market competitors and industry standards
Throughout the above process, help us to build out the playbook further, to ensure faster and more successful launches in future markets
Assist with staff hiring for a regional expansion team
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years work experience (Consulting/Investment/E-commerce background preferred)
Strong record of achievement and personal growth, strong problem solver, analytical
Ability to travel for extensive periods in different countries
Based in Singapore/Jakarta
