About the Role
Manage and lead campaign & Marketing team to increase traffic and optimize marketing channels and performance through data-driven experiments for various brand partners.
Work very closely with commercial team in developing holistic campaign strategies (channel, exposure, promotion, and subsidies) in order to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Manage team to develop an integrated campaign strategy with the intent of creating leads and acquiring customers or other diverse marketing objectives in various channels (both online and offline).
Supervise campaign communications efforts, and interact directly with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to provide resources and guidance as needed.
Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns (offline and online) and their success.
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
Report campaign performance, successes and challenges through the data-backed report together with PnL to various stakeholders
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in Campaign, Promotion, or Marketing Communication.
Strong understanding of the marketing campaign process and best practices.
Candidates with previous work experience in one of Indonesia's leading e-commerce platform is highly preferred.
Familiarity with creating sales projections as part of campaign planning and creating PnL reports for every campaign we deliver.
Proactive, fast learner, good analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable working with revenue targets and budget allocation.
Experience in doing presentations and delivering reports directly to C-level management.
Previous experience in leadership positions is preferred
