About the Role
Overall responsibility is to generate a strong pipeline of leading brands in their respective geographies for potential acquisitions
Key activities are - sourcing, pitching, and relationship management
Sourcing - can be out-bound (cold-calling leading local brands), in-bound (promoting Hypefast branding/recognition to allow for local brands to register itself), or through partnerships (participating in local brand founder community programs or with leading local eCommerce)
Pitching - convincing sourced brands to go through the investment process and be a part of Hypefast group
Relationship management - managing relationships with key stakeholders (eCommerce platforms, brand founder communities, brand founders, etc)
Requirements
Bachelors degree with min. 3 years experience in eCommerce, VC, or Retail Industry.
Comfortable with public speaking/sales pitching
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Eager to learn about the qualitative side of brands and the retail landscape and the trends
Used to work with a target, desire to achieve results, and attention to details
Willing to work in a fast-paced and collaborative start-up environment
